360° Protection

Every build integrates a complete 360° protection system, engineered as one — not bolted-on parts.

Ballistic glass and windscreen protect against bullets and blast, backed by an armoured bulkhead and fuel tank. Run-flat tyres keep the vehicle mobile even after a puncture, while an explosion-proof floor, built from ballistic steel, is rated to withstand blasts up to a DM51 grenade.

The cabin itself is a self-supporting armoured structure — doors, firewall, and roof all reinforced as one shell — with heavy-duty reinforced hinges and upgraded suspension to handle the added weight without compromising handling.

How Armouring Works

Step 1

Sourcing & Delivery

Your vehicle is sourced and delivered to our trusted partners armouring facility to begin the conversion process.

Step 2

Stripped to Chassis

The vehicle goes into production, stripped down to its bare chassis as conversion begins.

Step 3

Engineering & Design

Engineers take precise measurements of centre of gravity and weight distribution then create a bespoke armouring design using ballistic steel.

Step 4

Steel Cut to Spec

Ballistic steel is cut and bent to the exact design specification.

Step 5

Armour Welded In

Steel armour is welded onto the chassis in a temperature-controlled environment, with plates overlapped to eliminate weak spots.

Step 6

Ballistic Glass Fitted

Ballistic glass is installed and tightly secured within customised steel frames.

Step 7

Brakes, Tyres & Suspension

Brake systems are upgraded to support the added weight, with high-capacity, run-flat tyres and heavy-duty wheels fitted.

Step 8

Interior Reassembly

Electronics and interior trim are reassembled, with select panels replaced by custom versions to accommodate the armouring.

Step 9

Final QA & Delivery

Additional equipment is fitted, followed by a full quality assurance process before the vehicle is ready for delivery.

B4

Entry Level Protection

Stops handgun rounds up to .44 Magnum, and helps prevent hijacking.

It’s lightweight and barely changes how the car drives or feels day-to-day.

Windows still open and close normally.

Good for general personal security, but it won’t stop rifle rounds, so if that’s a concern, B6 is the level to look at instead.

B5

Step up to Rifle Protection

Protects against assault rifles like the AK-47 (7.62×39mm), with enhanced resistance to multiple rounds.

Aimed at people facing more serious threats but not needing the highest protection tier.

Uses thicker armour plating with hardened steel and ceramic plates.

Glass is noticeably thicker and more robust than B4.

B6

Highest Civilian Level

Stops 7.62×51mm rounds fired from an R1 assault rifle.

Used in the valuables-in-transit industry and for high-profile individuals needing maximum safety.

Requires 38mm ballistic glass and specialised steel plating and adds significant weight, usually requiring suspension and brake upgrades.

Most manufacturers advise against B6 on unibody vehicles, since it can compromise structural integrity. Performance is reduced, and driver training is strongly recommended.

B7

Maximum Protection

Covers EVERYTHING B4–B6 protect against, plus effectiveness against armour-piercing rifle rounds and explosive devices. Some B7 builds also add protection against chemical, biological, and radiological (CBRN) threats.

Uses the most advanced materials in the industry: high-hardness steels, ceramic composites, and synthetic fibres.

Glass often exceeds 100mm thick, built from multiple layered materials (glass, polycarbonate, and others).
